What areas do you cover?
We're based in Belfast and cover all of Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and mainland UK for both domestic and commercial customers.
Are you accredited?
Yes. GDC is accredited by the SSAIB for intruder alarms, CCTV and access control, and by BAFE for fire alarm systems. We're also licensed by the Private Security Authority (licence 13183) for work in the Republic of Ireland.
Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?
Yes — we provide alarm and fire system monitoring and maintenance with support available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
How much does a system cost?
Every property is different, so we start with a free, no-obligation survey and provide a clear written quote — no pressure and no hidden costs.
Do you work with both homes and businesses?
Yes — we design, install and maintain systems for domestic and commercial properties, from a single home alarm to a complete commercial fire and security package.
What brands do you install?
We're approved installers for leading manufacturers including Pyronix, Hikvision, Dahua and Paxton, and a CSL Connected Partner for alarm signalling — so your system is built on proven, supported technology.
I'm an existing customer with a fault — what do I do?
Call us on 028 9622 3008, or use the contact form and choose “Service call / fault — existing customer” and we'll get an engineer organised.
Will a monitored alarm work during a power cut?
Systems are installed with battery backup so protection stays live through a power cut, and monitored systems flag faults to us as they happen.
Do you provide certificates for insurance?
Yes — installations are certificated under our SSAIB, BAFE + PSA accreditations, giving you the documentation insurers and landlords ask for.
How quickly can you install?
After your free survey we agree a written quote and an installation date around your schedule — most domestic systems are fitted in a day.
